"Shoutout to Andrew Moore!"
I swung by Goody's Store #5009 in Columbia, TN today. The place was really short on staff. Andrew was there, helping us ladies in the cosmetics section. He never showed any signs of frustration, impatience, or unkindness! I even went to the front to ask another employee for assistance, but she just handed me back, waiting for Andrew. Please make sure this review gets to the right management... we could use more folks like Andrew with that kind of work ethic and attitude. It was such a pleasure to meet him this afternoon! Rhnnea

I have a question i sent my receipt in for a rebate in nov 2016 and still don't have my rebate.

I received my order today, but i'm missing one shirt. i haven't received any email stating it shipped separately.

How do i get someone to help with a problem i have had over a week? my peebles credit card will not work on line.

I ordered christmas gifts on 11/28 and my order 5 days later says initial and processing. what are the chances i will receive my order by christmas? when i ordered it said 7-10 business days. but considering 5 days later it doesn't seem to have moved past initial i am concerned i made a mistake shopping at stage? should i shop elsewhere for my presents and just return these items? don't want to hand out i.o.u's for christmas
